Functional Description:
The electronic frequency converter group is intended for use in a defense satellite communications system (dscs) satellite communication terminal (sct) and houses one rack assembly for both the up and down converters, 10 channel 5 mhz distribution amplifier and up and down converter switch assemblies, respectively. The if switching capability is now in the racks allowing the upconverter and downcoverter rack; the patching capability to support the an/gsc-52 (v) 6.
