Diameter 6061-t6 aluminum qq-a-200/b; 25 percent of total pins may be deformed with material loss of each pin not to exceed 80 percent of its area; missing pins are permissable not to exceed 15 percent of the 25 percent total except in areas designated to be void of pins; after dip brazing (mil-b-7883, class b) and welding, chromate chemical film is applied (mil-c-5541, class 1a or class b); use welding rod, class 4043, qq-r-566 in accordance with class c. Specification mil-w-8604; heat treat after brazing to t4 specification mil-h-6088
