Less than 1% voc's, non-shrinking, non-sagging, non-corrosive, non-cracking, fast curing and paintable; superior uv resistance with exceptional sealing properties; coverage for 10 oz. Cartridge is 1/8" bead for 120 lineal feet; 38-39 shore a hardness rating; must be stored at 60-80 degrees f for storage life; when stored at the recommended conditions in the original, unopened container this product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of shipment
