A pump rotor or impeller consisting of two gears, the outer gear having internal teeth (lobes) and the inner gear having external teeth (lobes). The inner gear has one or two teeth less than the outer gear, and is mounted to mesh eccentric with the outer gear. The space between the teeth of the two meshing gears creates a positive displacement of fluids from the inlet port to the outlet port of the rotary pump.
