Cushion cone stop
An item designed to restrict the movement of a rotary mechanism, linear mechanism or its components. It protects a mechanism from loss of adjustment or damage due to extreme movement. It may be wedge shaped with a threaded shank projecting from the apex or it may be round or rectangular in cross section, with mounting holes or slots, and is usually longer than its width.
