For pre & post overhaul testing of the 1584m19p01 anti-icing valve; test leakage rates of assembled anti-icing valves or of sub-assemblies of anti-icing valves; test the performance characteristics of the pressure regulator portion of an anti-icing valve; determine the cause of the malfunction; test to insure operational integrity; test at full flow conditions & proof pressure testing
