An item designed to permit a greater degree of angle between two sections of a drive shaft, while transmitting rotary motion from the engine/transaxle assembly to the wheel hubs. The angle is split between the two joints working in a counterbalancing phase with input speed and output speed being identical. Includes items such as outboard and inboard joints, housing, protective bellows, shafts, mounting hardware and the like. The outboard universal joints turns with the wheel around a fixed center, while the inboard joint telescopes and turns at an angle sufficient to allow the required movement of the vehicle's suspension system.
