Used on the model number 600, 150lb halon fire extinguishers. the adapter has a one national hose female thread with gasket assembled to a series 3000 hansen male plug. the adapter is used to attach a nitrogen charging hose to model 600 wheeled unit. it allows connection of the model 600 wheeled unit directly to model 831, halon recovery/charging system. the adapter can be attached to 3/4 inch and one inch booster hose for the purpose of purging the hose of liquid and for hydrotesting
