F; converts from fahrenheit to celcius; stores temperature data at user-selected intervals: 2, 5, 10 15 and 30 minutes or for 1, 2, 4 hours; stores up to 70 day/time/temperature readings for recall; use for continuous monitoring for hypothermia and hyperthermia
