Hard compression dressing; universal severe trauma; can be deployed with one hand; sterile; non-adherent; consisting of a 4 inch by 5.2 yard high strength elastic wrap; vacuum packaged; single wrapped; the ends of the elastic wrap containing industrial velcro fasteners and 8 by 10 inch abd pad fastened to the elastic wrap 4 inch from one end and a molded plastic h, 3 by 2.5 inch fastened to the elastic wrap opposite the abd pad; directions for use are on the outside of the vacuum sealed individual wrapped pkg; emergency dressing serves as a complete trauma dressing, a hemostat for arterial bleeding and hemorrhaging in limbs; places heavy pressure over and into the wounded area; also use as a stable sling
