Anti-exposure cs shall be a one piece suit with integral insulated hood, zipper front entry with storm-flap, neoprene wrist cuffs with hook and loop closures, cinches at the ankles and thighs to reduce water entry and shall conform to drawing 4-nctrf-05, cs shall have two chest pockets; two large cargo-pockets and slash hand-warmer pockets, cs shall be fully lined with a water resistant thermal inner liner, cs shall also contain an inflatable collar and contain leg zippers for easy entry and reinforcement patches at the knee and seat areas, cs shall have an adjustable waist belt and retro-reflective tape positioned on the chest, back and sleeves, basic material shall be a water repellent treated, nylon oxford cloth cloth in the color orange, inner liner shall be a super soft pvc foam to provide flotation and limited hypothermia protection in 45 degree f cold water, lining material shall be nylon in the color black
