Nthe special operations waterprf ba (sowb)shall c/o: elastomeri coated fabric, waterprf encl sealed by a zipper w/9 sm exterior pockets, compressed air cylinder and control valve, buoyancy adj valve, oral inflator, power inflator and strap handles: bag shall carry 60 lbs of equip.(40lbs dry, 20lbs wet) : it shall remain waterprf at 0 pressure diff when submerged to a depth of 50 ft and when stored at a depth of 30ft for 24 hrs; bag chassis, pockets and all reinforcements shall be assembled of uncurer rubber matl as specifiedherein, and cured by volcanizing; d-rings shall be provided for lifting, tiedown and attachment purposes to guide open/close of zipper; air supply hose filling adapter and repair kit shall be included w/each bag;
