The switch shall be 3 wafer, 3 position, shortin (make-before-break) detent action type with an electrical rating of 5 amperes at 115 vac // switch material: a. Wafers(thermoset plastic) x b. Contacts(rotor movable contact silver overlay phosphor bronze and terminal stationary contact silver overlay copper) x c. Knob(black plastic) // the switch shall conform to the following requirements of mil-s-6807: a. Contact resistance x b. Dielectric withstanding voltage // the switch shall be supplied with jumpers between terminals 11, 21 and 31(2 reqd) and terminals 22 & 23(1 reqd) as indicated in jumper table // the stop screws, supplied as loose items with switch, shall be installed in positions 1 and 6, to limit switch rotation to positions 1, 2 and 3 // the switch shall be supplied with mounting nuts(2), lockwasher, locking ring and knob with(setscrew) // the terminal designations shall be permanently marked on terminals
